" A beautifully presented 1930's house which now blends the character of the period with the more modern elements desired for family living. This particular house has been the subject of various extensions and additions over the last few years, along with the complete modernisation of the existing building. There are two main reception rooms, one to the front and one overlooking the rear garden. Adjoining the dining room is a more informal breakfast room, linking it straight into the fitted kitchen breakfast room. The kitchen breakfast room is well equipped with a range of wall mounted and base units incorporating a variety of built in appliances.
