" A beautifully presented grade 2 listed Georgian cottage which we believe dates to circa 1790, which offers immense charm and character which include, sash windows, pine doors and fireplaces. The property has been updated by the owner with impeccable taste and is situated in an ideal position within walking distance to the town centre. The house offers a good degree of natural light, offers a neutral palette and provides gas central heating. Internally: There is a charming hallway with Victorian style tiles which leads to a fabulous open plan sitting/dining room, which has two fireplaces, one of which has a slate hearth and a log burner, there is also shelving and useful storage cupboards. A tiled hallway from the sitting/dining room provides access to a study area and there is a cloakroom/wc to the side.
