" This end of terrace home may well appeal as an alternative to an apartment to those looking to buy for the first time or as an investment. Having undergone some improvement works in recent years to include gas central heating, double glazing and a new bathroom suite, A pot or two of paint and an eye for the latest fashions would round this house off and make it a lovely home.

The accommodation begins on the ground floor with open plan living with a kitchen area to the front and a living room to the rear. The kitchen is fitted with base units and a stainless steel sink under the double glazed window. The living area is in our opinion a reasonable size with the stairway to the first floor leading off and patio doors opening onto the garden.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom which has been extended from its original form to now provide a spacious room with plenty of under eave storage and a double glazed window to the front. Also on this floor is a bathroom which although in need of some cosmetic attention has a white suite including a bath with shower over, low level w.c and a sink.

Outside there is a front garden and a driveway providing off road parking whilst to the rear there is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio seating area and side access.

Priced to sell we would thoroughly recommend you take the time to view and if you are buying with one eye on investment we would be happy to provide you with some current rental values.
