" A well-presented two bedroom detached bungalow situated on the Bath side of Frome whilst being within walking distance of local amenities, schooling and a short drive to the Town centre. Further benefits are gas central heating, double glazing, south facing rear garden and a driveway providing off road parking for several vehicles. An internal viewing is highly recommended for this superb home! The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall, where there is access to the loft hatch and an airing cupboard housing the hot water cylinder and shelving. The β€˜L’ shaped living/breakfast room has a window to the front, a door to the study, gas effect coal fire and an archway that leads through to the dining room where there is a window to the front. The superb family room is of a good size with French doors leading out onto the fully enclosed garden. There are good road links to London and the South West via the A303, M4 and M5. Mainline rail connections to London are also provided from Bath and nearby Westbury and Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away.
