" This stunning family home has a tremendous feeling of space and light, with generously proportioned entertaining space opening onto the secluded walled rear garden. Forming one of eleven homes set in the village?s most excusive private estate; eight of the homes, Carobesa being one, were constructed in 1971. The property has been subject to extensive renovation and extension over the last 5 years, making it today an ideal home for a growing family extending to 3440 sq.ft. The practical wide glazed canopied entrance opens into the reception hall that sets the scene of what is to come. There are four reception rooms, providing an adaptable layout. The original living room is the slightly more formal of the two main receptions, set in a quiet position, whereas the new living room is a lovely bright room with a vaulted ceiling and bi-fold doors opening onto the terrace, creating a relaxed atmosphere leading off the kitchen.
