" The property is located in a popular residential area in Galashiels, well placed for the nearby primary school, and within easy reach of the town centre. The town of Galashiels offers a wide range of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants, a cinema, swimming pool, gyms, health centre, and Heriot Watt University. There are regular bus services within the town and also between Galashiels and other towns in the Borders. There is also a regular bus service to Edinburgh.
