" Find this super two bedder complete with fresh finish and private rear garden! It sits pretty on the top floor of a well placed building toward the top end of Lyham Road. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, reception, kitchen, utility and bathroom. There is a loft space too, providing potential to extend (subject to landlord consents and pp). You'll enjoy easy access to the numerous (and ever growing) delights of Brixton - walkable in 20 minutes or just grab any one of the flood of buses whizzing down Brixton Hill. Clapham is equally handy.  A private entrance leads you inward where you ascend the stairs. Your reception fronts the street with a wide bay window and plenty of natural light. Quality carpeting and neutral walls is a theme in abundance throughout. Your first bedroom shares the front spot. It's got enough room for a small double bed and there's raised storage too. The second bedroom is a good size double with fitted storage and a rear aspect. You next meet the kitchen which enjoys a contemporary finish. Wood effect counters sit stop modern cabinets. There's a four ring gas hob, oven and one a half stainless steel sink and drainer. There is potential for a breakfast bar too - great for the morning croissant. A utility room adjoins to the rear of this with space for the washing machine and more counter space. The bathroom has embossed retro grey rubber flooring, white suite and a heated towel rail. Access to the garden is offered from the utility area. Although quiet, mature and residential it leaves you within a stone?s throw of Brixton, Clapham and Abbeville Village. Clapham Common tube is about 20 minutes? walk for the Northern Line or you've got the Victoria Line in Brixton. Brixton's all a buzz with Windrush Square offering a marvellous place to sit, chat and drink coffee. Brixton Village covered market will keep you dining in style (and cheaply) all year round - it's got everything from Columbian to Vietname. Honest Burger do the best chips in the world - our waist bands can vouch for this. This is before we mention the ocean of funky bars, cafes and restaurants on offer - we love Fujiyama for some noodles and vino. The Ritzy cinema will keep any audience happy with its thoughtful mix of arthouse and mainstream titles and 'The White Horse' really rocks out on the weekend. Clapham and the ever popular Abbeville Village are a pleasurable stroll in the other direction. It'll take you the first three years to sample all the cuisine (Carmen tapas is our fave!) and you can walk it off on Clapham Common. Khamsa is within a few seconds for some fab Algerian cooking - it's getting great reviews. Clapham High Street will keep you busy whatever the weather. For further information or to arrange a viewing, please contact our Brixton Branch on 020 7952 0590.Visit www.woosterstock.co.uk for full details, colour photos, maps and floor plans. We endeavour to make all our property particulars, descriptions, floor-plans, marketing and local information accurate and reliable but we make no guarantees as to the accuracy of this information.
