" Julius Court is an apartment building forming part of the hugely popular Spire View residential development which is located within a short walk of the railway station and city centre. Number 2 is a ground floor, two bedroom apartment offering spacious, well maintained accommodation which benefits from an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and an extremely large open plan living/dining/kitchen area approximately 24ft 7in by 10ft 6in and family bathroom. Follow Bridge Street into Fisherton Street and continue passing under the railway bridge, past the post office collection office and turn right into St Pauls Road. At the roundabout take the second exit signposted Spire View. Follow the road and Julius Court will be found on the left hand side after the communal garden area.
