" The location of this property is fantastic with all the local transport links being a short walk away offering you easy access into local shopping towns such as Romford, Ilford or Barking, making it very easy to purchase your day to day needs. The accommodation is a one bedroom first floor purpose built flat that has been extremely well maintained. The current owner has really thought about the colours and textures throughout keeping the feel of the property a very modern look. Accommodation is a large lounge and kitchen with ample space for a dining table, to enjoy your family evening dinners. The bedroom is of a good size and also bathroom which has been kept very clean and tidy.Out side the property has its own private rear garden which is in need of a little tender loving care as the current owner is not a keen gardener.
