" This extended, well presented bungalow offers 1,604 sq ft of spacious and versatile accommodation and is located just a short distance from the local beach and village stores at Bracklesham Bay. EPC-D. In addition to the four Bedrooms and two Reception Rooms is the Annexe Wing which has been converted from the former Garage. Currently utilised as a hobbies and craft area, this could be used to provide additional accommodation if required, including single Bedroom, small Sitting Room, Cloakroom and a second double glazed Conservatory, which provides access to the rear Garden.
