" SIMPLY STUNNING! This SIX bedroom detached family home has been significantly extended to the rear and has been refurbished to such an extent that we don’t think you are likely to find a better presented house anywhere else!The front room is bay fronted so there is plenty of light and the open fire means it’s perfect for those chilly winter evenings. As you move to the rear of the property there is a huge amount of open space. The contemporary style kitchen opens into the main living area and the breakfast bar means it’s the ideal place to catch up over a bite to eat. The large skylight windows mean that this fantastic open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is flooded with light and the patio doors provide fantastic views over the attractive rear garden. There is even still enough space downstairs for a separate study and a conservatory!Upstairs the property is just as impressive and there are five bedrooms on the first level which provides plenty of space for all the family. The contemporary style bathroom has enough space for a Jacuzzi corner bath and there’s a recessed shower cubicle with oversized shower head.As if all this wasn’t enough the loft has been converted to provide another floor which provides enough space for an 18ft bedroom, separate landing area and a beautiful bathroom.

We bought Church Road about three years ago. We have built a double storey extension to the rear, gone up into the loft and completely refurbished the whole house from top to bottom so there shouldn’t be too much for the next family to do!
We will really miss the conservatory because we have a Jacuzzi in there which is great in the summer because you can open up the patio doors to the garden and really relax. Because it has a glass roof it really feels like your outside but without the cold!
We’ve had loads of barbeques in the back garden and because we’ve built the summer house you can still sit out there and enjoy the garden even when the evening turns a bit colder.
