" 18 STYLEMAN ROAD A modern, two bedroom terraced house which is approximately 9 years old, having been built to an excellent specification by Norfolk Homes Ltd. The property has gas-fired underfloor central heating to the ground floor with radiators upstairs, UPVC double glazed windows and a brick garage in a separate block to the rear of the property. The accommodation comprises entrance hall with downstairs WC, sitting room with gas fire, fitted kitchen/diner with built-in appliances and double doors opening into a conservatory. Upstairs are two bedrooms, bathroom and en-suite shower room to the main bedroom. The house has a pleasant open aspect to the front and is within easy reach of the town centre. The property has coved plastered ceilings, stained skirtings and architraves and white painted panelled internal doors.  

HUNSTANTON Hunstanton is a coastal town and resort facing the Wash. It is unusual because you can see a sunset over the sea, being the only town on the east coast that faces west. The beach is long and sandy and is famous for its striped cliffs. There are two supermarkets, a selection of schools (primary and secondary) and a range of shops. For the golfers there is the superb championship golf course - Hunstanton Golf Club and nearby, The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club at Brancaster. In addition, Searles Holiday Park and the nearby Heacham Manor have their own courses. The Sandringham Estate is a short distance away with its Country House and walks through Sandringham Woods.
