" Description
A four bedroom detached property built in the 1960`s situated on the edge of this popular road with an outlook backing onto Bradfords Brook. The property is set back from the road in a small cul de sac the garden extends out at the rear and there is plenty of space either side of the house. Accommodation includes an entrance hallway, living room with a fireplace in the centre of the room, separate dining room, kitchen, utility, downstairs toliet and access to the garage internally. Upstairs four bedrooms, currently the bathroom and toilet are separate. The property has gas central heating to radiators. There is also high speed fibre in the area. There is scope to extend the property at the rear, above the garage and potentially build a larger kitchen across the rear. The property will need modernisation but offers alot of potential to extend and improve in a great location in the road.

One of the main features of this property is the plot. The front garden is open and has a driveway in front of the garage but also offers scope for plenty of parking if desired as many surrounding properties have done. There is access either side of the property with a patio at the rear with an area of lawn a trellis and shrubs and matures trees. Wallingford is a small but bustling market town situated in South Oxfordshire, it has retained much of its historic architecture yet has good amenities for everyday needs. Within the town there is a regular market and farmers market, a Waitrose and Lidl supermarket and a host of small independent shops as well as banks, public houses, plenty of places to eat including restaurants and cafes. The Corn Exchange is the home of Wallingford`s cinema and theatre, producing a wide variety of productions throughout the year. Three primary schools and a highly regarded High School which is also a sports academy. The town has two nursery schools and a full range of leisure facilities and sports groups. Set on the banks of the river Thames there are a number of footpaths and open spaces in which to enjoy the surrounding countryside. Wallingford is within easy reach of both the M40 and the M4 and only 15 miles from Oxford and Reading and there is a regular bus service to both locations. Mainline train services can be accessed at nearby Cholsey and Didcot with regular trains to London Paddington.
