For the commuter railway stations with links to Edinburgh are situated within the villages of both Markinch and Thornton with the A92 providing access throughout Fife.
The property is situated within the popular and sought after Lochty View development towards the south end of Glenrothes conveniently placed for access to the A92 and train station at the village of Thornton. If traveling to the property from the Glenrothes Town Centre continue eastbound along the Queensway (A911) taking a right onto the A92 towards the Bankhead roundabout.
