" If you want to come home to a nicely decorated home after a long day in the City, you should snap up this 2 bedroom split level flat. You will not need to do anything to this lovely flat because in the time the present owners have lived at the property, they have redecorated throughout. They have put down new laminate flooring, added a new fitted kitchen, completely re-wired the property, serviced the boiler, replaced the tiles in the bathroom and generally given the whole flat a complete makeover. There is plenty of storage space and the lounge opens onto a patio.It is a short walk from Hainault Station which has easy access to the City and West End. It is also close to local shops, amenities and good schools. There is also off street parking. It would be a mistake to ignore this property.

When we first viewed the property we spent many hours researching the area. We found it was a very good catchment for schools. There is also a real sense of community within the development. Everyone looks out for each other and it is very family orientated. What we loved was the transport links, with Hainault Station being just moments away. You can easily be in the City within half an hour. Also there are excellent parking facilities which is really important when you've got shopping and children. With regards to the property, we loved the fact that it had an abundance of storage space.
