" I love the look of this property. Properties in this part of Rosedene Gardens are renowned for their individuality and attractive exterior looks. Internally this property doesn't disappoint either.There are two very spacious reception rooms which will be perfect for a variety of family occasions. The re-fitted and extended kitchen/breakfast room will bring the family together morning noon and night. The double sized bedrooms to the first floor means no one gets the short straw and with the en-suite there will never be a queue during the early morning rush hour!Halls adjoining semi detached properties are very sought after and we expect this property to be no different.The owners have now decided to move out of the area to be closer to family.

We bought this property over 10 years ago. We decided to purchase the property because living in the local area for many years, we knew this was a safe area. Also upon pulling up outside the property we felt immediately attracted as it was quirky and different to other properties we had seen. We also found the hall and landing to be very spacious and just felt the property had an overall cosy feel but at the same time spacious, which is what we were looking for.Since we have owned the property we have updated the kitchen, decorated throughout putting up new guttering, soffits and windows, paved the driveway and put wardrobes in one of the bedrooms.
