" This extremely well appointed four bedroom family house has been extended and improved by the current owners and provides thoughtful and well appointed accommodation. As you enter the property there is a large entrance hall with two large cupboards, a coats cupboard and cloakroom. The study has been comprehensively fitted with desk and a range of shelving and storage. The accommodation flows particularly well with a formal dining room with doors to the kitchen, sun room and garden. The sitting room is well proportioned with fireplace currently fitted with gas fire. Double doors lead into the sun room with French doors to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a large breakfast bar and fitted storage with an arch leading to the utility room having an integral door to the garage. The master bedroom benefits from a dressing area with fitted cupboards and drawers and en suite shower room. There are two further double bedrooms and a single bedroom with a well proportioned bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Occupying a pleasantly elevated position in this cul-de-sac in the popular Hilland Rise. The property backs onto woodland and is within about 0.5 mile of Headley village.
