" A detached chalet-style house with deceptively spacious accommodation over two floors and holds an excellent position at the entrance to the village. On entering the property is a central hallway leading to a good size sitting room with double glazed patio door to the patio and garden beyond. There is a separate dining room and kitchen and a study which could be used as a fifth bedroom if required, as well as two further bedrooms and bathroom to the ground floor. To the first floor is a large main bedroom with built in wardrobe, together with a further bedroom and bathroom. It is fair to say the property could do with some modernisation but offers excellent accommodation and an internal inspection is highly recommended.

Situation
Occupying a convenient position on the edge of Lindford village which offers a range of local shops and public house with restaurant. There are more comprehensive facilities in Liphook, about 4 miles distant, including main line station with services into London Waterloo. There is a wide choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand, much under the ownership of the National Trust.
