" This detached family house is situated in a cul-de-sac position of just 5 houses and has been owned by the current owner for some time. The property does now require some updating and modernisation however it presents large accommodation with a superb reception room with patio doors leading into the garden as well as good sized entrance hall and dining room off. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and kitchen. On the first floor are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property does require modernisation and updating and it has obvious potential to be extended subject to the usual planning consents. There is a generous garden of 0.26 acre and the property is offered with no onward chain therefore an internal inspection is highly recommended.

Situation
Occupying a private and pleasant position in this cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Passfield village. There is a village store with more comprehensive facilities in the village of Liphook within about 2.5 miles including Sainsbury's supermarket, doctors surgeries, library and main line station on the Waterloo/Portsmouth line. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the area including Bohunt Secondary School which won the TES Secondary School of the Year in 2014. There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
