" A well appointed detached family house forming part of a select cul-de-sac of only four houses built by Elsmore Construction about 12 years ago. Elevations are brick and rendered under a tiled roof. The accommodation is of excellent proportions approached through an impressive reception hall which leads to three separate reception rooms including a fine sitting room with polished marble fireplace with fitted gas fire, double aspect and double doors to the rear garden. Other features of the ground floor include a fitted kitchen/breakfast room with granite work surfaces, extensive cupboards with built-in range cooker, stainless steel extractor hood over and integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a wide opening to double aspect conservatory. Both of these rooms have ceramic tiled floors.
