" Superb large bungalow in excellent quiet village position, offering spacious and attractive accommodation. Presented in immaculate condition and including four bedrooms, fabulous conservatory, kitchen/living space and sitting room as well as large gardens, parking and garage.

SITUATION
Situated near the heart of the popular Devonshire village of Bradworthy. The village has a range of amenities, including a highly rated Primary School, friendly pub/restaurant, church, butchers, ironmongers, Post Office and grocers.  The North Cornwall and Devon coasts are only a short distance away.  The port town of Bideford, with a much wider range of facilities is approximately 15 miles away and the coastal resort town of Bude is a 20 minute drive.
