" It's said that location is everything, and there's no doubt this spotless detached bungalow occupies perhaps one of the best positions in town! Honiton's Waterleat Park is a popular area of quality detached bungalows just a few minutes stroll from the town centre shops.  This immaculate property has been meticulously maintained by the present owners and it's offered in wonderful general order.  The really well-proportioned living space is uPVC double-glazed and gas centrally heated with a newly fitted boiler.  There's an entrance lobby which leads through to a welcoming entrance hall.  The bungalow has a modern fitted kitchen-breakfast room with an oven, hob and hood included in the sale and a useful utility area.  Perhaps the most notable feature of the property is the large "L" shaped living room and dining area, which has a feature fireplace and patio doors leading out into the garden.  There are 3 good-sized bedrooms, 2 doubles and a large single.   The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a handy en-suite.  There's also an attractive modern bathroom with a white suite.  Beside the bungalow is a single garage with an automatic door and a double-width driveway.  The good-sized landscaped gardens require little maintenance and are stocked with numerous shrubs and perennials to provide year-round interest and colour.  We're certain that this bungalow is going to attract some serious attention so we'd advise calling us now to view!
