" SITUATION

This property is located in the village of Walkerburn which has a convenience store, two hotels, village hall, and primary school. Secondary education can be found at the highly regarded Peebles High School. The village is well placed for a wide range of leisure and recreational pursuits including mountain biking, hill walking, fishing and golf. The nearby towns of Peebles and Galashiels offer a wider range of facilities including supermarkets, local retailers, restaurants, bars, theatre, leisure centres, swimming pools, and health centres. There are regular bus services from Walkerburn to other Border towns.
