" Size is everything! This deceptively spacious 5 bedroom detached bungalow is located in a quiet road which is close to Chingford Mount and it’s many bars, shops and transport links. Sinclair Road is a quiet one-way street with hardly any through traffic, which is a short distance from the open fields of Chase Lane Park and local schools. The location and bungalow itself is perfect for raising a family and has a lovely conservatory where you could sit and relax whilst watching the children play. Family gatherings and al fresco dining in the summer months will always be a joy here with a summerhouse, side access and ample decked areas. The garage to the front has a power supply, lighting and wood flooring and could make a perfect workshop or retreat for the dad. For those with older children there are plenty of rooms for the teenagers to be able to find their ‘own space’ and crucially there is that all important 2nd bathroom to stop those arguments about who’s turn it is next. Parking for the larger family should not be an issue either with off street parking for approximately 4 vehicles on the large driveway. The 5 bedrooms are all of a good size so no one has to have the ‘box room’ and as there are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs there is the versatility to use the first floor as an adults floor with the second bedroom as a study maybe?

What the Owner says:

We brought Sinclair Road for the size of the property and rooms. Since purchasing we have completed a loft conversion providing 2 bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom and have also re-pointed and installed double glazing. We have found location to be perfect for shopping, commuting and the local schooling. The bungalow has been a much loved home giving us a lot of joy over the years and I will miss the quiet location, but it is now time for us to downsize.
