" THE PROPERTY: Located perfectly, in my opinion, for Bexleyheath Train station, shopping centre and bus transport is this tremendous family home. This property has been well loved and cared for and is bursting with space. The property benefits from a sky lighted ground floor extension moving the original kitchen out of the study room and into 17ft of space across the back of the house. This extension has natural light flourishing through it to the open plan dining and lounge rooms. There is also a downstairs w.c to the ground floor. The first floor holds 2 double, and one single bedroom as well as a family bathroom. There is a stairway leading to the third floor which gives access to a 15ft bedroom. Externally the property has a rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn. The owners have informed us that parking permits can be obtained for £60 / annum

(£5/month), with the second parking permit purchased for £80 / annum

(£6.67/month) but there is sufficient unrestricted parking approx 20 metres along the road. A low price in my opinion for the excellent value for money on offer with this deceivingly large home. This property must be seen to be fully appreciated. please do not hesitate to contact the Welling office to arrange an immediate internal viewing.
