" What a gem but at a price that means you won’t have to sell your own gems for! Starting with the accommodation itself the ground floor has an L-shaped lounge/diner leading out onto a conservatory. Entertaining could be a real joy here, as your guests can relax in comfort in either the lounge or the conservatory whilst awaiting your gastronomic delights to appear at the dining table just a few short steps away.
Fast forwarding to the summer, the conservatory leads out onto a pretty and very secluded rear garden. Mentally dusting off the BBQ you should be able to envisage the family garden parties you will be holding in a few months time. With a downstairs shower room and a family bathroom upstairs the normally shouting of “how much longer are you going to be?” should be alleviated.
