This 1950โ€˜s end of terrace house is situated in an enviable location backing directly on to the nature reserve of Scadbury Park.

It is extended to the rear and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a conservatory. In addition, there is a utility room, kitchendiner and driveway for off-street parking.

At the front, there is an enclosed UPVC double glazed porch which in turn leads to the entrance hall. The hall has laminate flooring and carpeted stairs that lead to the first floor landing. A built-in cupboard houses the electric meter and consumer unit.

The kitchen diner is a good size and has a double glazed window to the side, door to the conservatory and door to the reception room. It is fitted with a range of wall and base units with work surfaces and a composite resin one and a half bowl sink unit with mixer tap. It comes with a built-in oven and gas hob with extractor over, built-in fridge and freezer and there is space for a dishwasher. The floor is tiled.

The reception room has a double glazed window to the front and double glazed sliding patio doors that open to the conservatory. It has a feature fireplace with electric fire and laminate flooring.
