" A well-presented and recently decorated two double bedroom first floor retirement apartment, which is well positioned on the south side of a popular retirement complex only one mile from New Milton town centre and local shops within only a few steps of the development. Features of the property include a private entrance, a recently fitted and fully tiled shower room, and UPVC double glazing.



Floriston Gardens was built in the 1980โ€˜s and is now a well-established retirement courtyard style development.There is a private front door into the spacious entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor with access into the roof space and a large airing cupboard. The lounge and the kitchen are both situated on the south side of the building letting in lots of light, making them both incredibly bright rooms. The lounge is a large room with ample space for a dining suite. The kitchen also has space for a breakfast bar if required and is currently fitted with a good amount of wall and base storage with space for a cooker, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer. There are two double bedrooms, both located to the front of the block with a view over the courtyard and bedroom one has built in wardrobes. The shower room has been recently fitted to an excellent standard with fully tiled walls and a matching white suite comprising of a large corner shower cubicle, a wash basin, a WC, a ladder towel rail and a window. The block stands well within its own grounds which are maintained under a communal maintenance agreement. To the front of the property there is a small area of garden which is laid entirely to shingle for ease of maintenance. To the rear of the block there is a pleasant area of south facing garden being laid almost entirely to lawn and with a backdrop and shrubs, trees and bushes. There is also a communal drying area and a pleasant and secluded seating area of garden, one allocated parking space and a bin store.   "
