" SUMMARY A detached bungalow on a half an acre plot in this highly sought after residential area of Ashley on the outskirts of the historic market town of Ringwood offering scope for development. The property sits well back within the grounds with an attractive frontage and horseshoe driveway and is surrounded by fabulous sized gardens offering a high degree of seclusion. The cul-de-sac has an open and spacious feel with generous distancing between neighbouring properties and a pleasant outlook towards a well tended green. The property offers a NO ONWARD CHAIN.   SITUATION Ashley is an exclusive residential area on the outskirts of Ringwood in Hampshire close to the Avon Valley which offers fabulous local walks along the Avon Valley Path and Castleman Trail towards Ringwood or west in the direction of Moors Valley Country Park. Conveniently located for commuting with the A338/A31/M27 easily accessible. The front garden is well maintained with a large area laid to lawn complemented by well stocked boundaries. \r \rATTACHED GARAGE \r \rThere is an electrically operated up and over door to access the garage which offers a direct access into the Utility. A carport is attached to the garage with covered parking.
