Directions

From Exeter drive on the B3181 towards Broadclyst, after 2 miles continue through the village on the B3181 to Westcott. Continue past The Merry Harriers and take the next right after London Fine Arts, signposted to Plymtree. Continue on this road through Langford and when you arrive at the T Junction in Plymtree turn left. When you arrive at the crossroads turn left then immediately right. The property can be found next to Plymtree United Reformed Church.
