This home has been a pleasure to renovate and raise our young family in over the past 5 years. We have decided now to relocate and if we could take the house with us we would. We were wowed by the size of the bedrooms when we originally looked around, however there wasn t really a master bedroom so 3 years ago we moved a stud wall and made the front bedroom larger to fit in the wall of wardrobes which has made a lovely main bedroom. The open plan downstairs living has been great with a young family. We can cook dinner knowing that we can see and hear whats going on. The large dining room has also been great for big family Christmas and birthday gatherings. We also have a great position in the road with no over looking houses in front of us. Although we have a big drive there is also plenty of room for visitors to park also. The road itself is a very quiet cul de sac and all of our children have learnt to ride bikes by the garages next door.

Lynwood Drive is a really popular residential location with access to great local amenities including the Basingstoke Canal, local shops and schools. The property itself is perfect for the growing family with its versatile space and generous sized bedrooms. A must view in my opinion.

Mytchett is a village within Surrey, just 30 miles south west of central London. Commuter and transport links are well catered for with quick access onto the A331 and junction 4 of the M3. There are mainline train stations nearby with Ash Vale and Farnborough main both within a few minutes drive cycle away. The area has access to beautiful open spaces including Ash Ranges and Frimley Lodge Park being just a few minutes away, plus stunning walks along the Basingstoke Canal.
