What I am about to say might make me sold old, but nonetheless I am going to say it they don‘t build them like Yew Tree Close anymore!

When compared to modern developments from the last ten years, the space and plot sizes here are noticeable, with ample parking, really good size gardens, and attractive spacing between each property.

The subject property has the advantage of being at the head of the cul de sac and accordingly, has particularly stunning views to the rear towards the Bulkeley Hills. The garden is also a terrific feature here, having been extended in size when the owner was able to acquire extra external space from an adjoining land owner. Accordingly, this is one of, if not these best plots on the development and is ideal for family life.

The house itself is a much treasured family home, which offers light, bright and flexible accommodation. There is no greater tribute to this house than to note that the present owners have been in occupation for 43 years! In total it adds up to 2141 square feet, with this figure including the integral double garage. Families always need space and versatility and with three receptions, a small study area and a breakfast kitchen, there is plenty here to be enjoyed and adapted to suit individual requirements. Bulkeley and the nearby villages of Bickerton and Peckforton are renowned for their natural beauty and proximity to surrounding countryside. The villages of Malpas and Tarporley and the towns of Nantwich and Whitchurch are all within comfortable travelling distance and offer a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities. Bunbury village is also close by and has its own primary school and a good array of day to day convenience shops. The extensive amenities of Chester City Centre can be accessed within less than thirty minutes drive.

From our office in the centre of Tarporley proceed out of the village in the direction of Nantwich passing the Texaco petrol station Spar on the left hand side. Upon reaching the T junction with the A49 turn left. Proceed 500 yards to the traffic lights with the Indian Restaurant on the right hand side and turn right onto the A49 Whitchurch . Continue through the villages of Beeston, Bunbury and Spurstow about two miles in all . On passing Panama Hatties restaurant to your right proceed for a further mile and a half and take a right turn for the A534 Wrexham . Proceed for a very short distance and at the next junction take a further right, onto the A534 Wrexham . Proceed along the road for around two minutes and the right hand turn into Yew Tree Close is the second after passing a former Methodist Chapel. Once on the lane the subject property is in the top left hand corner.
