VENDOR S COMMENT
The vendor has had positive communication from the council to

AUCTION DATE AND VENUE
The property is offered for sale by public auction at 7pm on
Wednesday 22nd February 2023 at The Strawberry Fields, Lifton, PL16
0DE.
Completion of the sale will take place within 28 days of the
auction, or earlier by agreement between the parties. On the night
of the auction, 10% of the purchase price will fall due as a
deposit being used for exchange of contracts along with the buyers

BUYERS AUCTION ADMINISTRATION FEE
All successful buyers should note that on exchange of contracts a
Buyer s Administration Fee of £1,500.00 plus VAT total £1,800 inc
VAT is payable to Kivells. The successful buyer will also be
required to reimburse the vendor for the cost the auction pack and

BIDDER REGISTRATION

photographic identity and an additional proof of address in the
form of another government issued document or a utility bill
addressed to them at their home address, dated within 3 months of
the date of the auction. Failure to do this, may prejudice your
ability to bid on the night.
AUCTION PAYMENT
All successful purchasers are required to pay an immediate 10%
deposit on the night of the auction along with Kivells Auction
administration fee.
