of Bodmin Moor ideal for walking and riding and to the south east
is Dartmoor National Park.
DIRECTIONS
From Holsworthy Town Square turn right and proceed along Fore
Street towards Launceston. after coming down the hill cross the
bridge and turn right onto chasty lane. Follow this road along for
approx. 1 2 mile where a Kivells for sale board will be found on

AUCTION DATE AND VENUE
The property is offered for sale by public auction at 7pm on
Wednesday 16th November 2022 unless sold prior at The Strawberry
Fields, Lifton, PL16 0DE.
Completion of the sale will take place within 28 days of the
auction, or earlier by agreement between the parties. On the night
of the auction, 10% of the purchase price will fall due as a
deposit being used for exchange of contracts along with the buyers
auction fee.
BUYERS AUCTION ADMINISTRATION FEE
All successful buyers at Kivells Property Auctions should note that
on the exchange of contracts a Buyer s Administration Fee of
£1,500.00 plus VAT total £1,800 inc VAT is payable to Kivells. The
successful buyer will also be required to contribute the vendor for
the cost of creation of the auction pack at the cost of £600 inc
VAT.
BIDDER REGISTRATION

AUCTION PAYMENT
All successful purchasers are required to pay an immediate 10%
deposit on the night of the auction along with Kivells Auction
