From Holsworthy Town Square turn right and proceed along Fore Street towards Launceston. after coming down the hill cross the bridge and turn right onto chasty lane. AUCTION DATE AND VENUE
The property is offered for sale by public auction at 7pm on Wednesday 16th November 2022 unless sold prior at The Strawberry Fields, Lifton, PL16 0DE.

Completion of the sale will take place within 28 days of the auction, or earlier by agreement between the parties. On the night of the auction, 10% of the purchase price will fall due as a deposit being used for exchange of contracts along with the buyers auction fee.

BUYERS AUCTION ADMINISTRATION FEE
