we bought this house primarily due to its location and size. Being
in a cul de sac of just a few houses means there is very little
traffic and what‘s more the walk to school was very easy. There is
everything you need on your doorstep including a pub up the road,
shops on Tudor Drive and plenty of open spaces for the children to
play safely on.
This is a great house that offers plenty of family living room. I
particularly like the conservatory which is on the Central Heating
system and can therefore be used all year around. The garden is
enclosed and there are double gates that when closed prevent the
little ones from wandering to the front. The driveway provides
ample parking and there is a really useful double length garage
that brings all sorts of uses to mind and there is a separate
garden shed. Subject to planning permission being gained I believe
that there is scope to extend outwards and upwards should you wish
and there is no onward chain.
The area of Yateley boasts numerous public houses, two supermarkets
including a Waitrose, two medical centres, coffee shops, cafes,
post office, cobblers, convenience stores, garages, fitness gym and
swimming pool, numerous educational establishments for all ages and
lots more besides. It is a great place to live and access to the M3
means that you can get to London and the South West very easily.
The M4 is also easily accessible. Various train stations are nearby
giving access to London Waterloo, Paddington and Gatwick. The small
airport of Blackbushe is close by or if you need something larger
Farnborough, Heathrow and Gatwick are all reasonably accessible.
