Accessing your Pro Dashboard

Once you are a Pro member, you will be able to access Pro via the main toolbar of the site.

Using the Property Intelligence Search

First, insert your desired location name. This can be a county, town, locality, street, or single property.

You will arrive at the Property intelligence screen for your desired area.

This screen allows you to search our vast selection of filters and view matching properties on the map or as search results.

Clicking a property will take you to the property details page, including your Pro exclusive tools and attributes.

Using the Property Intelligence Listing Search

By clicking the listings tabs - you are able to access current and historical property listing data for sales and rentals dating back to 2004.

Using Area Intelligence

The Area Intelligence search allows you to view in-depth analytics for counties, towns, districts, and localities - giving you the best insights possible for a prospective area.

Creating a Valuation Report

Valuation reports provide the most in-depth insight about a property with current attributes and history based on all data available.

When you generate a valuation report - you can customise the attributes, valuation, text, design, and branding - allowing you to perfectly tailor your reports to clients.

Creating a Comparables Report

Automatically aggregate and compile a report containing current or historic listings matching the attributes of any property you input.

Using Heatmaps

Customise and view heatmaps for any town in the UK.
