"This mock Georgian family home is positioned in a favoured location with catchment to excellent schools, Reigate town centre and Priory Park. Being in a cul-de-sac location, it certainly offers a safe and family orientated place to live and the current vendors have been extremely happy there but it is now time for the next step to something bigger. On entering the property, there is an entrance hall which provides ample space for boots, shoes and coats, as well as providing access to the downstairs accommodation. This comprises a kitchen/dining room with fitted units and views to the front with access to the side and gardens. The open plan lounge/dining room is certainly the pace to relax or entertain, as there are doors to the patio and gardens.
