"LOCATION This quiet cul-de-sac is in a sought after location within a short walk of Hurst Green station with its fast and frequent trains to London. Just over a mile away is Oxted town centre with a more comprehensive range of facilities including a Leisure Complex with swimming pool, independent boutique Cinema and a range of shops including a Morrisons and a Waitrose. The town is surrounded by National Trust land and boasts the ever popular Master Park offering year round events. Junction 6 of the M25 is approximately 3 miles distant. There are a number of good local state and independent schools for all ages, some within walking distance. These include Limpsfield and Downs Way Infant Schools, St Mary's Junior School and Oxted Secondary School in the state sector and Hazelwood School in the independent sector.

OUTSIDE With the house positioned just forward of the center of this rounded plot, well proportioned space is offered to the front garden, large rear garden and access to both sides. To the front there is parking for several cars on the partially sloping, brick paved drive as well as a front lawn with bushes and shrubs. A large double garage with lights, power and an electric up and over door is attached to the house - planning permission has been granted to extend the upstairs living space over this garage. The rear garden is South facing with decking against the rear of the house and the rest laid to lawn with a play area and summer house with power and lights.
