The master bedroom is situated to the front of the house with window to the front elevation, timber boarded floor and built-in wardrobe cupboard. The bedroom has window to the rear elevation and timber boarded floor. The bathroom is situated to the rear of the house and has a panelled bath, pedestal wash basin and WC.

Outside
There is a passageway to the left hand side of the house providing access to the rear garden through a timber gate. There are two useful outbuildings, one of which is a studio measuring 3.8m x 3.5m of brick and flint external elevations, under a tiled roof. This building has power and light connected and a wood burning stove. The second outbuilding is a garden office measuring 3.64m x 2.15m, of timber construction and is fully insulated with power and light connected. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with herbaceous borders stocked with a variety of flowering shrubs, trees and an ornamental pond.
