The bungalow offers two generous size bedrooms, additional conservatory and utility room, garage and off road parking for four vehicles. *An early appointment to view is strongly advised* Accommodation comprises briefly: Entrance Hall Two Double Bedrooms Reception Room Conservatory Bathroom Kitchen Utility Garden Garage Off Road Parking The Property An entrance hall welcomes one in to the property and leads to all the main rooms of the property. The two bedrooms are located at the front of the property, the master bedroom is a very generous size and boast a square bay style window filling the room with light. Further down the hall is the family bathroom which comprises a three piece suite with shower over the bath, an airing cupboard to the side of the bathroom houses the hot water tank. The reception room is off the hall from the right and is a large room with glass sliding doors leading in to the conservatory. The town is located on the Waveney River which is a gateway to the Broads network. The train station runs direct to London Liverpool Street via Ipswich, and the unspoilt Suffolk coastline with the beaches of Southwold and Walberswick are within easy driving distance. Directions Leaving the Beccles office turn left at Barclays bank and upon reaching the end of the road turn left onto St Marys Road. Go straight through the first set of traffic lights and right onto Ingate at the second set. Turn right onto Ellough Road and take the first right onto Castle Hill. Follow this road past Beccles Middle School and continue round to the left onto Coney Hill. Take the first right onto Banham Road and continue onto St Andrews Road, after a short distance the property can be found on the left hand side.
