"A delightful three bedroom semi detached house, which is well presented throughout, occupying a lovely, secluded position overlooking the park opposite. The house was originally built in 1980 buy C.H Beazer LTD and has been loved and cared for by the current owners since 2010. You enter through the front door into the extended porch, with an accessible WC, opening to the internal hall, stairs rising to the first floor and doors opening to the principal rooms.

The kitchen diner is located at the left side of the house and benefits from a variety of fitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and inset sink with drainer. There is a built in undercounter fridge, space for an electric oven and washing machine. There is also a breakfast bar on the reverse of the work surface. A door leads through to the lounge as well as a door to the rear garden.

The Owners Love The current owners have loved the convenience and close proximity of the children s parks and play areas just a stones throw from the front door. We love the neighbours. They are all so friendly and welcoming and it is a nice area for the children to go out and play . They fell in love with the lovely position and endless possibilities to put our own stamp on the place . They will mostly miss its fantastic location, with plenty of amenities nearby and of course Musgrove Hospital nearby. The living room is situated at the right side of the house and has a door leading through to the conservatory. From here, doors open to the rear garden.

Upstairs, on the first floor landing, there is a window facing the east aspect, loft access hatch and doors to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a built in wardrobe and has a window overlooking the front aspect. There are two further bedrooms with one at the rear, with a window looking toward the eastern aspect and the other at the front overlooking the park. The family bathroom is fully tiled and is fitted with a three piece suite including WC, wash basin and bath with shower over.

George Loves For me, the location is everything with this house! It will clearly appeal to a wide variety of buyers due to its proximity to excellent schools and the hospital. It has a real homely feel to it when you walk through the door. I love the extra space that the porch adds as well as the convenience of a downstairs WC. An absolute must see house!

Outside, there is a private rear garden. Initially, it is laid to patio and leads onto a low maintenance area of artificial lawn. A gate opens to the parking and access to the garage with an up and over door. There is space for one vehicle in front of the garage and a second space across the road. To the front, there is a small lawned frontage and then a tree lined verge in front of the house with the park beyond.
