The property was built in the mid 1970's to NHBC specifications of brick and block cavity walls having a tiled, felted and insulated roof. There is a small portion of felt roof to the front of the property. The house has been the subject of much improvement over the last two years and now for sale is a well maintained gas centrally heated, double glazed semi detached house. The property also benefits from cavity wall insulation and low maintenance fascias, soffits, cladding and rainwater goods.
