"A fantastic opportunity to purchase a two bedroom semi-detached home situated to the south of Bath with driveway parking and gardens to the front and rear. This property is offered with no onward chain.

Location The property is found on the southern slopes of Bath. The area is well blessed with good quality local schools, including Combe Down Primary, Ralph Allen Secondary, Prior Park College and Monkton Combe Junior School. There is a regular bus service into the City Centre and there is easy access to the South of Bath via the A36. The World Heritage City of Bath has rich cultural, shopping, historic and sporting facilities. Whilst for those that need to commute, Bath Spa Railway station, (situated in the City centre,) offers a main line into London Paddington, likewise the M4 Motorway at Junction 18 (M4) gives access to London, Bristol and the South. Internal Description The property is accessed from the front via a porch which leads into the inner hallway. A dual aspect living/dining room lies to the right hand side featuring a gas fireplace, serving hatch through to the kitchen, windows to the front and sliding doors to the rear. External Description The front of the property benefits from driveway parking to the left hand side with fences to the sides and rear and a hedge to the front. A path leads down to the front porch with a lawn laid to the right hand side.
