House Network Ltd are pleased to offer this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac location on the outskirts of town, close to open countryside and the Phoenix Trail.

Features include a modern bespoke fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces, open plan living space and driveway parking for several vehicles. The property features engineered wooden flooring in lounge, dining room and hall. The internal doors have been recently replaced with ash faced doors and modern chrome handles. There is a feature gas fire (vented flue) in the lounge. Part of the garage has been converted to a studio/office, with vaulted ceiling, skylight, engineered wooden flooring and under floor heating.
