"FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is pleased to be offering for rent this nice stone built semi-detached property in the popular village of Lower Darwen.

Entering the property by the front door, you enter the vestibule and off to the left is the door to the large main lounge. This is a 'big' lounge of generous proportions, neutral decor and built in storage under the stairs.

The lounge extends to the back of the property, where the kitchen is. As you can se from the pictures, the kitchen is an impressive size and comprises lots of cupborad space and integrated appliances.

There's a downstairs toilet off to one size whichis accessible from the kitchen.

The back door from the property leads out from the kitchen onto a patio and then the private parking areas for the property (see pictures).

Upstairs we have a family bathroom at the top of the stairs. This is a modern bathroom comprised of a WC, wash basin and fitted bath with a shower over.

Leaving the bathroom and to the right is bedroom 2. This is a good-sized bedroom

(could be classed as a double, or large single). There's a velux window in the roof affording plenty of natural light.

The Master Bedroom is to the front of the property. This is a good sized double bedroom with a window overlooking open space across the way, nice and private.
