"If you are looking for a family friendly area, Martins Way is the home you are looking for. It offers the new owners a safe haven to bring up their children.

Lets take some of the stress out of moving because with this house you can move straight in, unpack and relax, as the current owners have invested both time and money into the property to present it at the level it is at today. Since moving in they have re-fitted the bathroom, redecorated and re-carpeted, to name just a few examples.

The cosy lounge has an open fireplace, which is a must for those cold wintry nights. There is also a separate dining room and a modern fitted kitchen.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, of which two are doubles, and the modern fitted bathroom is the perfect place to start your day.

Now for outside. The driveway provides parking for two cars and the secluded rear garden has pleasant views of The Roughs.

Such care and consideration in the constant upkeep of a property is rare, so to find one of this nature in this location so close to schools, shops and amenities presents an opportunity not to missed. We therefore recommend an internal inspection at your earliest convenience.

What the Owner says:

When searching for a house, this was the first one that we viewed. We continued to look at several more, but none of them came close to this one.

We were particularly impressed with the use of space and how light and airy it felt. It was the only house that had a driveway with off road parking for two cars and a garage, which was very important to us as we both have a car. My wife works in Ashford and having easy access to the M20 was also very important.

We love our home very much and hope that you will love it as much as we have.
