"THE PROPERTY: Thank the credit crunch for the price of this home, because that's the only way that you would be able to afford this, in my opinion, stunning four bedroomed detached family home. There are really too many benefits to describe, however I will make special mention to the most impressive,,,,,the rear garden! It has got a holiday feel to it with a warm water swimming pool and bar making you think "Am I really in the heart of Bexleyheath"?!! This is in my opinion the perfect family home with a kitchen/diner measuring 26'2 x 10'9, parking for three/four cars, plus an integral garage. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a separate shower room. There are also four bedrooms and a loft room. In terms of location is it a stones throw away from Bexleyheath, however still far enough for you not to be on top of it, with excellent road links into Central London as you will find the A2 within a short drive.
