The charming and private rear garden has been landscaped to include a patio area for summer entertaining, artificial lawn area and mature shrubs and plants with fence border. Church Street is a highly desirable location in thriving St Albans city centre, close to popular local schools and within easy walking distance of the mainline station.

Ground Floor
The partially glazed front door with traditional and bright stained glass panels opens into the inviting living room which features a large sash window over the front aspect and fireplace with wooden mantel and cast iron hearth.
