The Property

This modern end terrace house provides excellent accommodation with an entrance door to the side which provides a spacious centralised hallway with a fitted oak floor, cloaks cupboard and cloakroom with a turning staircase that rises to the first floor. A pair of glazed double doors open into the dual aspect drawing room, again with a fitted oak floor. The kitchen dining room is a well proportioned space with wooden fronted base and level units with sleek black granite countertops above. Fitted appliances include two Bosch ovens with a gas hob over and a granite upstand, fitted microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A new chequerboard style tiled floor completes the kitchen which has ample space for a dining table and opens into the sitting garden room which was a later addition to the property and creates a fantastic space, again with a fitted oak floor. Grey aluminium sliding doors open into the garden and a roof lantern creates a great deal of natural light.
