"The modest frontage of this beautifully renovated property much belies the extensive accommodation on offer. Throughout there is an attractive mix of period features, such as fireplaces, wood burning stove and stripped and painted floor boards, alongside contemporary finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room to the front of the property benefits from built in storage and shelving to the chimney recess and an open fireplace. To the rear, is an impressive open plan space incorporating a family room with wood burning stove, built in cupboard and desk area with glass balustrading overlooking the kitchen dining area. Steps lead to the superbly fitted kitchen with its range of sleek white units and integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer and wine cooler. Slate flooring spans the kitchen area, and dining area and beyond the bi-fold doors to the terrace, creating superb flow between the indoor and outdoor space. There is also a w/c on this level.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with feature fireplaces, and a very well executed bathroom with shower bath, contemporary wash basin and w/c. On the second floor is an 18'8 attic bedroom with dormer window to the rear and Velux windows to the front.
